AXIS Command Station is a merge of Stabilizer and Base Station models and has all the add-on’s a creative can dream of. This setup is great for those Digital Techs, Photographers, Videographers, DIT’s, SteadiCam and Gimbal Operators that have a heavy workflow. This setup can be used both on location and in the studio where the benefits of its portable design allow you to move from one set to the next with ease. Do you work in an e-commerce studio, industrial warehouse, or lab? The AXIS Command Station is the ideal companion when you need to accommodate multiple users with different working height requirements.This is the only kit that includes the Dual Bar with two Pro Monitor Mounts, and both a Top and Bottom Drawer. The WorkSurface Pro is a one-of-a-kind workstation. Coupled with our unique V-Drop system, the WorkSurface Pro can be mounted to anything that is up to 2 inches in diameter and is both height adjustable and able to rotate 360 degrees around the stand. When mounted to the stand in its lowest position the WorkSurface Pro is attached at a desk height, it can go as low as 34 inches and as high as 43 inches which is equivalent to a standing desk height. The top surface of the WorkSurface Pro has 3 edges with no edge on the working side in an effort to provide a flat surface for computer keyboard and mouse accessibility. There are handles on both sides of the WorkSurface Pro so that you can carry or relocate the WorkSurface Pro with ease. Lastly the top is finished with our black, durable outdoor marine carpet and a pass-through cable management hole to keep a cleaner organized work surface. The Case Platform provides an efficient workflow that’s height adjustable. It supports most Pelican style cases to which then you can quickly access your tools and includes a Bottom Drawer for extra storage. Tie Down Anchors are also included which when used provide extra security when moving the AXIS Command Station from one spot to the next. The Dual Bar easily connects to anything up to 2 inches in diameter and comes with two baby pins and two Pro Monitor Mounts. The Pro Monitor Mounts connect to baby pins that can be threaded into the dual bar in multiple positions to accommodate a variety of monitor sizes. There are three accessory add-ons for the Dual Bar. A small hook for cable management, a baby pin mounting bracket that off-sets the pin and can be mounted in multiple positions on the Dual Bar, and finally the Crossbar Baby Pin Plug. The Dual Bar is height adjustable and capable of holding up to 50 lbs. The Trough attached to the base of the stand provides convenience for gear like battery packs, extra lenses, backup cameras and more. AXIS Command Station Wheels are equipped with INOVATIV’s 8 inch premium quick-release wheel system. The WorkSurface Pro is a one-of-a-kind workstation. Coupled with our unique and Patent Pending vDrop System, the WorkSurface Pro can be mounted to anything that is up to 2″ in diameter. When connected to the AXIS Stand, The WorkSurface Pro can be positioned as low as 34″ and as high as 43″ which is equivalent to a standing desk height. The AXIS Stand has been specifically designed by INOVATIV. The dimensions, material, and features have been improved to enhance the connection and compatibility of our AXIS components. As an example, the AXIS Stand has more tube space in between the riser-collars, in effort to provide more height adjustment for AXIS components like the WorkSurface Pro, Case Platform, and Digi Platform, or to provide enough real-estate for connection of multiple components. Collars on traditional stands may interfere or reduce the overall height adjustment for these components. We’ve also added a unique leveling-leg to the center leg of the stand that provides 6.0″” of adjustment and up to (2.0) degrees of negative angle. As more components and equipment are connected and added to the AXIS Stand, the heavier it is. By loosening the leveling-leg, you can tip the stand back accessing the negative angle, opposite of the side with the weight on it. This improves the stands center of gravity and confidence to the user. Furthermore, when the AXIS Stand is coupled to our AXIS Wheel System, the stands center of gravity is further improved. The AXIS Wheel System off-sets the stands center of gravity by 3.0″”, but the wheels do increase the overall footprint of the stand by 12.00″”. So when heavy components and equipment are attached to the stand, much of the weight is centered over the wheels. Together the AXIS Stand and AXIS Wheel System transform into an effective mobile workstation. The AXIS Stand is aluminum and steel with black powder coating, and its 12″” aluminum straps are anodized orange. It has 2 height adjustable riser section with an industry standard 5/8″” baby pin on the top section. With the stands legs deployed and risers fully extended, the stands top baby pin is roughly 79” tall (91″” with the AXIS Wheel’s connected). With the stands legs deployed and risers fully collapsed the stands top baby pin is roughly 43″ tall (54″” with the AXIS Wheel’s connected). The AXIS Stand is roughly 1.75’ in diameter and has a 38″” footprint when the legs are deployed (roughly 49″” with the AXIS Wheel’s connected). The AXIS Stand weighs 16lb and is 30″” long when fully collapsed in packing mode. Keep in mind that it is advised to remove the AXIS Wheel System when transporting the AXIS Stand in packing mode. The 4U Station can be added to the WorkSurface Pro so that common network rack components can be added and housed within the WorkSurface Pro . The 4U Station is not compatbile and cannont be combined with the WorkSurface Pro Drawer. The Case Platform is a platform that uses our vDrop System and can be connected to our AXIS Stand, C-Stand, rolling stand, or anything 2″ in diameter. Its a great tool for those who primarliy work out of their case and would prefer to not work on the ground. The Case Platform is easily height adjustable and be connected or disconnected from a stand incredibly fast, without the use of any tools. The platform is 22.50″ in length and 13.50″ in depth and provides engough real-estate for common flight-ready cases like the Pelican 1535 Air Case. That said, there are no edges on the top surface, enabling you to use larger sized cases. Did you know you can change a Case Platform into a Digi Platform? The Case Platform and Digi Platform use identical parts but are assembled differently to meet their specific configurations. By removing the vDrop System, then rotating and reconnecting, you can configure your Case Platform into a Digi Platform or vice-versa. The differences between the two are that the Case Platform has no edges on the top surface and the Digi Platform has edges on all four sides, surrounding any items that are on the surface. Keep in mind that the Digi Platform is specifically designed to hold Pelican 1535 Air Case sized cases, anything larger than 22.25″ x 13.25″ will not fit. Looking for extra storage? The Bottom Drawer for the Case Platform provides 960 cubic inches of storage space. The AXIS Dual Bar gives you the ability to easily mount 2 monitors simply by clamping the AXIS Dual Bar to our AXIS Stand, C-Stand, rolling stand, or anything up to 2″ in diameter. It is machined from solid billet 6061 T6 aluminum and anodized black. The AXIS Dual Bar keeps the top 5/8″ baby pin, traditionally found at the top stage of most industry stands, free for mounting wireless receivers, wireless transmitters, antennas and other accessories that connect to a baby pin. The Dual Bar has a total of eighteen 3/8-16 threaded holes providing you several mounting points to position the two included baby pins. Depending on the size of the monitors you will be mounting, you may want to have the pins further or closer together. The AXIS Dual Bar (priced at $240.00) includes the Dual Bar and two “threaded” style 5/8″ Baby Pins. For an additional $40, you can purchase the AXIS Dual Bar configured with our Crossbar Baby Pin Plugs. This “plug” style 5/8″ Baby Pin slides over the top of the bar, and hard mounts using a 1/4-20″ bolt. The advantage of the “plug” style pin is that it will not rotate, or loosen, if the item connected to it rotates. Generally speaking, standard “thread” style baby pins have the tendancy to loosen if the item connected to it rotates. The AXIS Camera Mount System uses our AXIS Camera Mount Brackets, an aluminum mast that’s 1.75″ in diameter, and the INOVATIV Horseshoe Plate. The System is height adjustable and the INOVATIV Horseshoe Plate can rotate 360 degrees or rise and fall along the 1.75″” aluminum mast. These high-quality and light-weight wheels easily connect to stand’s that are equipped with 1″ square tubing legs and are designed to offset the center of gravity by 3.0″” for increased stability. There are three complete caster assembly’s in the AXIS Wheel System, all of which are outfitted with our powerful manual foot brakes. Each caster assembly is machined from 6061 T6 aluminum, outfitted with high-grade sealed bearings and mated to a steel leg adapter that connects directly to the stand. Each caster assembly includes a 3/8-16″” rubber knob that screws downward, into the top of the caster, to lock it in a “”fixed”” position. Remove the rubber knob and the caster will swivel freely. We provide this feature since locking two of the casters in a fixed position provides the best steering ability for the stand when wheels are attached. Each wheel assembly, with brake and leg adapter, weigh in at 6.5 lb and come standard with their own drawstring wheel bag.
